When Detectives Portchellie and Hale are dispatched for a possible assault in progress, Porchellie finds herself face to face with the vicious cold hearted drug dealer that the FBI has wanted for over 10 years for multiple hate crimes, along with using his son to sell drugs to inner city kids.
