Frank Bullseye ( René; Granado ), a retired detective is sought back into the line of duty when a seductive damsel in distress calls upon his help. Reluctantly accepting her plea, Frank is pitted against a madman bent on vengeance. Wits and a quick draw might not be enough to keep him from falling into this new foe's basket of trickery.
