Lance and Chase are two brothers with a tragic past and an uncertain future. A man of deep sensitivity who is out of step with the times, Lance rejects the sales mentality he sees around him and opts for a simple life on a crumbling slice of the peninsula, Sunken City. He is content to be a homeless recluse who hasn't seen his only brother in years, but when he discovers that Chase, his successful younger brother, may be swindling his real estate clients, Lance feels compelled to teach him a lesson.
