There is joyful excitement at the Freiburg Clinic: the renowned specialist Prof. Markus Gärtner has been hired as head of the newly planned heart research center. In order to make his start at his new place of residence as pleasant as possible, clinic boss Prof. Weissing commissioned a relocation agency to anticipate Gärtner's every wish. However, that's not easy, because the humorless doctor offends everyone with his harsh manner. Although Lina Baumann, who is always in a good mood, takes care of him personally as the agency's best employee, she too is in danger of failing because of the dismissive doctor. No matter how fancy the apartment she chooses, he doesn't want to please him - and he makes no secret of the fact that all of her activities really annoy him. The single professor only has his work on his mind. The heart specialist only shows a little heart himself when it comes to his beloved son Tim. Unfortunately, Markus also alienates the extremely rich Mr. Hofmeister with his tactless manner, not knowing that he has the heart research center's most important sponsor in front of him. Without their financial support, the project cannot be realized. In order to appease the grumpy, humorous millionaire, Professor Weissing invites him to a luxurious wellness weekend. However, Hofmeister insists that Lina come with him, whom he has taken to his heart from the very first moment and, due to a misunderstanding, believes to be Gärtner's partner. Lina and Markus reluctantly take part in the game of hide-and-seek. The spicy fraud threatens to be exposed again and again. But the better the alleged couple gets to know each other over the course of the eventful weekend, the more genuine their mutual affection suddenly appears.
