Kenji Murakami came to the US with the hope to play baseball in the major leagues and has been a relief pitcher for an independent baseball league team. But despite his all out effort, he has been struggling this season for his age and his bad elbow. When he hears that his father died, he knows he is going go retire and go home. Despite his hope to play just one more inning and go out a winner, because of his bad elbow, manager doesn't let him pitch in a tight game.
