Adam is a late teen who loves and cares for his younger brother Ben. The harsh realities of living in state housing, the aspirations of a mother doing her best and the pain of an absent father have created a paternal bond between the brothers. With an air of resignation and routine Adam prepares his younger brother for school. An unquenchable need to satisfy his urges leads Adam to develop a cunning plan to exploit his younger brother's naivety.
